About Our Strains

Regular

These seeds include true males! Cannabis is wind pollinated and dioecious (there are male and female plants). One male will seed your whole crop, and maybe your neighbors too.

TIP: Unless you want a male to breed with, start with feminized.

Feminized

When grown from feminized seed, on average 2,999/3,000 seedlings will become female plants.

Best for new growers!

Autoflower

These plants have an internal clock, after about one month they will begin to flower regardless of light cycle.

Growing autoflowers outdoors can give a harvest as early as July, or even early with extra tricks in springtime. It’s possible to get two crop rotations in one outdoor season! The potential yield per plant is less (about 4-6 oz is high) because they don’t “veg” for long. On average, slightly less potent, but one mustn’t generalize! Autos are improving, we are part of a much more widespread interest and effort to improve and diversify the possibilities that Autoflowering Cannabis can offer!

Quicks (aka “fast version”)

Quicks ripen earlier in the fall season. Don’t freak out! They are NOT Autos.

Quicks are true “F1 Hybrids,” the offspring of an Autoflower bred to a Photoperiod plant. They need nights to lengthen to begin flowering, so they behave exactly like photoperiod plants except that they ripen two or three weeks earlier. For us, this puts harvest in September, or even late August.

Photoperiod

Flower when nights reach a certain length.

Growing outdoors, they flower in the fall, which can sometimes be problematic if there is an early frost. High yielding, they can grow to be giants if you start them early and maintain vegetative growth until fall. Has higher potency of THC.
